Can we organise a party, a stag or hen party here?
No. Le Havre Des Lacs is a place dedicated to peace and quiet, rejuvenation and relaxation. Parties, stag and hen parties are strictly prohibited, in order to preserve the tranquillity of the venue and the neighbourhood.
Do you allow pets?
No. Pets are not permitted in the gîte, to ensure optimal hygiene and comfort for all our guests.
Is linen provided?
Yes — sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and hand towels are included.
What is the capacity of the gîte?
L'Espérance comfortably accommodates up to 10 people in its 5 bedrooms spread across the main wing of the farmhouse. Ideal for family or friends’ get-togethers, and special birthday celebrations.
Is there a catering service?
We work with a private chef and local caterers. Further details available on request.
How is payment made?
A 30 per cent deposit is payable upon booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Please see the details in our terms and conditions.
